American Bittern - B229

American Bittern - B229 -  I don't shoot many bird images, but this fella was practically begging to have his picture taken.  I had just stopped to take a breather when I happened to look to my left and he was no more than 15 feet away.  He was very patient while I changed lenses and set up my tripod.  I took 6-8 shots before moving on so as not to bother him anymore.
